REMUKAN SOWTWARE adopts a fair, user-friendly, and prorated refund policy across all cloud software services.
1. AUTO-RENEWAL TERMINATION
Subscriptions renew periodically unless canceled. Users may submit cancellation requests anytime. Upon submission, future recurring billing is halted immediately without penalty.
2. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND IMMEDIATE REVOCATION
Within the initial 14 days of purchase, requests submitted to info@remukan.com receive a full refund with zero deductions.
Mandatory Rule: The moment a refund request is acknowledged, the user's access to the system, API services, and cloud panel is immediately terminated, and licenses are revoked. Continuous use of a refunded software product is technically blocked and legally void.
3. PRORATED REFUND FOR UNUSED PERIODS
Unlike rigid SaaS vendors, we do not lock in unconsumed services:
* Example: If a 12-month annual license is terminated after 4 months, charges for the 4 active months are retained, and the remaining 8 unused months are refunded in full, simultaneously closing software access.
4. PROCESSING TIMELINE
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card/Bank) via licensed gateways within a maximum of 14 business days.
