The services encompass cloud SaaS software licenses, API integrations, and managed IT services. All pricing, recurring terms, and applicable VAT rates are clearly stated before final checkout.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
Services are digital without physical shipment. Upon gateway authorization, software access and API credentials are provisioned instantly.
4. WITHDRAWAL, REFUND, AND SERVICE TERMINATION
Users maintain a 14-day full refund right upon purchase. Exercising this right results in the immediate revocation of software access and license cancellation. For cancellations beyond 14 days, unused terms are refunded on a prorated basis. Written requests must be routed to info@remukan.com.
